"Johnny Zubretsky is an absolute class act when it comes to real estate transactions. If responsiveness had more than 5 stars to offer, he would get them all. This man answered calls/texts/emails within MINUTES, and often times late at night. Several email strings were going on well after 10pm. He handled dealing with other agents, attorneys, contractors, inspectors, appraisers, literally every entity that's involved in buying, flipping and eventually selling a home. He had the home listed and an offer on it in less than a week. Then proceeded to bring it home to closing at WELL over asking price. I not only would refer him to anyone, but I'm excited to continue to do business with him in the future. A+ across the board!"
